Written in plain language so a driver or a fleet manager can read it in two minutes. It states what we collect, how we quote and charge, and what we will and will not do on a roadside.
Only what a service call needs: your name, phone number, location, company where relevant, the trailer details you give us, and photographs of the work. Nothing else.
To dispatch the right truck and parts, to invoice you, and to keep a repair history per trailer so the next call starts with what we already know. Fleet records are kept for the compliance period.
We do not sell your information, share it with marketing companies, or publish a customer name or photograph without asking first. Job photos used on this site are used with permission.
This site uses standard web analytics to see which pages people use, and call tracking so we know which page produced a call. To have your details removed from our records, call the office and ask.
| Quoting | The call-out rate and labor rate are quoted before a truck leaves. Repair cost is quoted after the technician diagnoses the fault, and work starts only once you approve it. |
|---|---|
| Published prices | Ranges shown on this site are estimates for planning, current as of the date on the page. Your quote is the number that counts. |
| Approval limits | Fleet accounts may set a value below which we proceed without a call. Above it, we always call first. |
| Payment | Card or cash on completion for one-off calls. Fleet accounts on agreed net terms with PO numbers on invoices. |
| Warranty | Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our labor is warranted against the same fault recurring — the term is stated on your invoice. |
| Safety refusal | We will decline to work in a position that is not safe or legal — a live traffic lane, a narrow left shoulder, an unstable surface, an unsecured load. We will say so before charging for a visit and will help arrange relocation. |
| Out-of-service defects | We do not certify or sign off a unit as roadworthy when a defect remains. If a repair only makes a trailer movable rather than compliant, the invoice says so. |
| Access | You are responsible for site access — gates, terminal appointments and permission to work on the property. |
This is a working draft. Have your insurer and an attorney review it before it goes live — particularly the warranty term, the safety-refusal clause and the out-of-service language.
