Air brakes & ABS
Relines, drums, chambers, spring brakes, slack adjusters, relay and spring-brake valves, gladhands and lines. ABS faults read and cleared with a scan tool.
Suspension & wheel ends
Air bags, height control valves, shocks, hangers and bushings, leaf springs. Hub service, bearings, seals, spindles, and axle alignment checks.
Upper coupler & landing gear
Kingpin inspection and replacement, upper coupler plate repair, apron cracks, landing gear legs, cross shafts and gearboxes.
Structure & body
Cross members, rails, rear frames, roof and side panels, floors, roll-up and swing doors and liftgates.
Electrical
Nose boxes, seven-way plugs, harnesses, grounds, marker and stop lamps, sealed LED conversion, ABS wiring and sensors.
DOT compliance
Ask about qualified-inspector availability for applicable annual inspections at your location. Defect repairs are separately approved and documented; confirm any reinspection or clearance requirements for your unit.
03 · Downtime is the real invoice
A trailer sitting at a dock with a bad brake is not just a repair bill. It is a missed appointment, a driver on the clock, and a load that has to be re-scheduled.
- Parts planning: share the unit number, failure and photos so dispatch can check likely parts before the visit. Completion depends on diagnosis and availability.
- A window and a rate before we roll, so dispatch can plan around it.
- Photo-documented invoices for shipper, broker or leasing-company review. Confirm any required format before the job.
