Fleet trailer repair across Broward County

We service whole trailer fleets at your yard on a schedule you set: preventive maintenance, DOT annual inspections in batches, and emergency calls when a unit goes down mid-route. One account, one invoice, a repair history per trailer number.

01 · The maintenance program
A PM cycle written around how your trailers actually run Sheet 01
IntervalWhat gets checkedWhy it pays
Every visitLights, air leaks, brake adjustment, kingpin and landing gear, door hardwareThese are the write-ups that put a trailer out of service at a roadside inspection
QuarterlyBrake wear measured, slack adjuster travel, air bags and shocks, wheel-end play, harness conditionCatches the failure before it becomes a night call at premium rates
Annual (FMCSA)Full periodic inspection, defects corrected, sticker and report issuedRequired yearly; done at your yard so no unit leaves the rotation
By conditionHub service and bearing repack, floor and cross member survey, roof and seal inspectionStructural repairs cost less before water and rust get into the floor

Intervals get set with you, against your mileage and duty cycle — a port drayage chassis and a regional dry van do not wear the same way.

02 · How the account works

We come to the yard

PM and annuals run on your lot, on a day and shift that fits the rotation. Units stay in service instead of queuing at a shop.

History per unit

Every visit is logged against the trailer number with photos, parts and labor, so you can see which units are costing you and which are due.

Priority on breakdowns

Account holders go to the front of the dispatch queue, 24 hours, anywhere in Broward — including the interstates and the port.

Billing that fits your office

Net terms, PO numbers on every invoice, one monthly statement across all units, and approval thresholds you set per repair.

Compliance file ready

Inspection reports and repair records in a format you can hand to an auditor or a shipper without rebuilding the paperwork.

Mixed fleets welcome

Vans, reefers, flatbeds, chassis, dumps and utility trailers on the same account — one vendor for everything you pull.

03 · Starting an account
  1. Baseline survey. We inspect the fleet once and give you a written condition report per unit, ranked by what will fail an inspection first.
  2. Agree the cycle and the rates. PM interval, annual scheduling, labor rate, after-hours rate, approval limits.
  3. First scheduled visit. Deferred items cleared in batches so units come back to full availability.
  4. Then it runs. We show up on schedule, you get one statement, and breakdown calls jump the queue.
04 · Fleets we serve in Broward

Drayage and container fleets at Port Everglades, food and beverage distribution out of Pompano and Davie, air-freight handlers at FLL, construction and landscape fleets across the western suburbs, and last-mile operators running the I-95 and I-75 corridors.

Book the baseline survey

Tell us how many trailers you run and where they park. We will schedule the survey and quote the program from what we find, not from a template.
